The assembly line bridge type powder solidification box is the high-temperature solidification part of the powder spraying assembly line. Powder solidification usually requires 180-220 ℃ and baking for 15-20 minutes. The solidification box should be designed and manufactured strictly according to the above requirements. Its insulation layer is usually 150mm thick rock wool board, and the heating method is usually natural gas heating. Due to the low sealing degree of the hot air, when going upwards, the bridge type oven is built on top of the oven, with the indoor bottom higher than the inlet, which can effectively prevent heat loss.
The assembly line oven is supported by a square tube skeleton, and the indoor gantry frame needs to be welded with hanging chain guide rails. Due to the high indoor temperature and the effect of thermal shrinkage, expansion joints need to be added to the guide rails.
