I. Items that must be checked before operation

Ventilation system: VOC concentration ≤50mg/m³ (verified by handheld detector)

Electrostatic device: ground resistance <10Ω, distance between spray gun and workpiece 20-30cm

Anti-static clothing (surface resistance 10⁶-10⁹Ω) + goggles + chemical protective gloves

Respiratory protection: NIOSH N95/P100 filter cotton, replaced every 4 hours

III. Equipment startup process

Start the ventilation system first, and test the air quality after running for 5 minutes

Run the equipment without load for 10 minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal vibration or abnormal sound

When the automatic line is started, the operator evacuates to the safety yellow line (≥2 meters)

IV. Key points for daily inspection

Spray gun atomization effect: particle size 50-150μm (clean the nozzle when abnormal)

Conveyor chain lubrication: friction coefficient <0.15 (add food-grade grease)

Exhaust gas treatment pressure difference: 500 -1000Pa (clean the filter bag if the limit is exceeded)

Ground continuity: resistance <2Ω (tighten the terminal)

V. Emergency treatment plan

Paint leakage: start emergency exhaust, transfer the leaked material with explosion-proof pump, and cover the residue with sand and soil

Fire: Use Class D fire extinguisher first, cut off non-fire power supply, and keep emergency lighting

VI. Maintenance cycle recommendations

Daily: clean the spray room filter cotton and check the conveyor belt alignment

Weekly: calibrate the coating thickness detector (error ±2μm)

Monthly: test the insulation resistance of the explosion-proof motor (≥1MΩ)
