The core principle is to capture paint mist particles and reduce pollution emissions through the adsorption and filtration of water curtains.

1. Core principles
-Formation of water curtain:
A tilted water curtain plate (usually made of stainless steel or plastic) is installed at the rear or side of the paint spraying station. The water pump delivers water to the top of the water curtain plate, and the water flows evenly down the surface of the plate to form a continuous water curtain.
-Paint mist capture:
During painting, the paint mist that is not adsorbed by the workpiece is sucked into the water curtain cabinet under the negative pressure generated by the fan. After the paint mist comes into contact with the water curtain, it is adsorbed by the water film and flushed into the sink below. Due to the viscosity of paint mist particles, they form flocculent precipitates when mixed with water.
-Gas water separation:
After passing through the water curtain, the air carrying a small amount of paint mist may need to pass through multiple layers of filtering devices (such as baffles, vortex devices, etc.) to further separate water droplets and residual paint mist. Finally, the relatively clean air is discharged through the exhaust outlet.

-Water curtain board: The core component that forms a uniform water curtain and needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage.
-Water circulation system: including water tank, water pump, pipeline and filter screen, used for circulating and purifying water.
-Exhaust system: The fan generates negative pressure to ensure directional flow of paint mist.
-Paint residue treatment device: By adding paint mist coagulant (AB agent), paint residue in water is flocculated, floated or precipitated, making it easy to clean.

3. Workflow
1. Spray painting operation: The paint mist generated by the spray gun is sucked into the water curtain cabinet under negative pressure.
2. Primary filtration: The paint mist collides with the water curtain, and most of it is captured by the water.
3. Secondary filtration: The remaining paint mist is further removed through baffles or vortex devices.
4. Air emissions: The treated air is discharged after being adsorbed by activated carbon (optional).
5. Water treatment: Paint residue in the water is regularly salvaged, and the recycled water is reused after treatment.
