The powder supply center is a key equipment for achieving rapid color change. During spraying, it realizes automatic recovery and filtration of powder, automatic proportioning of powder, and automatic supply of powder. During color changing and cleaning, provide strong pulse airflow to quickly and effectively automatically clean the powder suction tube, powder pump, powder tube, and powder tube inside the spray gun.
1. The powder supply center can achieve fully automatic circulation of powder. When cleaning the spray booth, the powder supply center will automatically clean the powder in the powder pipe, powder pump, powder supply bucket, and spray gun. Within 15 minutes, it can achieve rapid color change, saving manual and time cleaning and improving production efficiency.
2. The centralized design of the powder pump in the powder supply center creates a strong airflow through the air pump to blow towards the powder supply pipe, ensuring that the automatic cleaning of the spray gun and pipeline is more convenient and rapid, achieving rapid color change of the powder and making the operating area cleaner.
3. The powder supply center is equipped with a screening machine, which recycles the powder recovered from the large cyclone recovery system through the screening machine to ensure the quality of the recovered powder, thereby achieving synchronous recovery and utilization of powder.
4. The powder supply center adopts PLC program control and touch screen operation, which can display the working status, alarm information, parameter settings, manual/automatic operation selection of each part. Multiple predefined parameters can be preset according to different workpieces and can be modified at any time. Only one operator is needed to perform simple and fast color change, saving labor.
