1. Repair and maintenance methods for the assembly line head motor: Do not let the motor enter water, and do not add diesel or liquid organic compounds to the motor, as this may cause insulation damage and malfunction of the motor. The maintenance method of the speed control head is the same as that of the motor. Refer to the electrician manual for motor maintenance and upkeep.
2. Repair and maintenance methods for assembly line chains: After long-term operation, the chain may cause the original lubricating oil to heat up and evaporate, resulting in imbalance, increased noise, crawling, etc. during operation. At this point, you can open the sealing plate at the tail of the machine and add butter or thicker lubricating oil to the chain.
3. Repair and maintenance methods for the gearbox of the assembly line head: After about three months of first use, drain the engine oil from the gearbox, clean it with diesel or gasoline, and then add new lubricating oil to the middle of the observation window. (Pay attention to whether there is too little lubrication every month). From now on, just ｒｅｐｌａｃｅ the lubricating oil once a year. Too much lubricating oil may cause the gearbox to heat up, and excessive motor load may cause the motor protection switch to trip. Too little lubricating oil may cause the gearbox to heat up, increase noise, and the gearbox to hang and be scrapped.
